ORDINANCE IN REGARDS TO ERECTING “NO PARKING EITHER SIDE OF THE STREET” SIGNS AT THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS: (1) BAY AVENUE AT THE INERSECTION OF STENDER BOULEVARD/BURR AVENUE; (2) BAY AVENUE ON POLE #’S 2, 3, 4, 5 AND 6; AND BURR AVENUE AT WADE STREET, “NO PARKING HERE TO CORNER”

Be it ordained by the City of Warwick:

Section I: Chapter 76, Article IV, Subsection 76-192 of the City of Warwick Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by adding the following:

Sec. 76-192. Parking restrictions generally.

            (c) No Parking Allowed. It shall be unlawful for any operator of any vehicle to park the same:

            [ . . .]

            (2##) On either side of Bay Avenue, year round;

            (2##) At the intersection of Bay Avenue and Burr Avenue, year round;

            (2##) At the intersection of Burr Avenue and Stender Boulevard, year round.

Section II: This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
