BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS

ARTICLE I
IN GENERAL

Be it ordained by the City of Warwick:

Section I: Chapter 6, Article I of the City of Warwick Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by adding the following section:

Sec. 6-3. Scheduling of meetings.

(a) Meetings of the Planning Board or the Zoning Board of Review shall not be scheduled to or otherwise coincide with a regularly scheduled meeting of the Warwick City Council or any committees thereof.

Section II: This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and publication as prescribed by law.
