AN ORDINANCE AMENDING APPENDIX A, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WARWICK TO INCREASE, FROM TWO TO FOUR, THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF YARD SALES ALLOWED AT A RESIDENCE PER CALENDAR YEAR CITY OF WARWICK, PETITIONER
CITY WIDE
Be it ordained by the City of Warwick:
Section I. Appendix A, Section 601 of the Zoning Ordinances of the City of Warwick is hereby amended as follows:

601.7. Yard sales. Yard sales are permitted in all residential districts except that no
residence shall be permitted more than two four (4) yard sales in each calendar year.
[…]
Section II. The Clerk of the Zoning Board of Review is hereby authorized and directed to cause said changes to be amended within the Zoning Ordinance.
Section III. This Ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication as prescribed by law.
