ORDINANCE 2024-9 IN AMENDMENT OF TITLE 10, CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CRANSTON, 2005, ENTITLED “STOPPING, STANDING, AND PARKING ON SPECIFIC STREETS”  

It is Ordained by the City of Cranston City Council as follows:

SECTION 1.  Title 10.32.225 of the Code of the City of Cranston, 2005, entitled ” No parking—Commercial vehicles” is hereby amended by adding the following:

Broad Street, both sides, from Montgomery Avenue to Wentworth Avenue

SECTION 2.   This ordinance shall take effect upon its final adoption.

ORDINANCE 2024-10 IN AMENDMENT OF TITLE 10, CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CRANSTON, 2005, ENTITLED “STOPPING, STANDING AND PARKING ON SPECIFIC STREETS” 

It is ordained by the City Council of the City of Cranston as follows:

SECTION 1.  Title 10.32.030 of the Code of the City of Cranston, 2005, entitled ”Multi-Way Stop Intersections—Enumerated” is hereby amended by adding the following (in bold and underlined):

Plantation Drive, Elm Drive and Magazine Street, 4 way stop.

SECTION 2.  This Ordinance shall take effect upon its final adoption.
