Peter J. Cottrell, 75, of Warwick, RI died Sunday, December 18, 2022 at Kent Regency. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Harold E. and Rita M. (LaCombe) Cottrell. Peter was a self-employed carpenter for many years. He was a Vietnam Veteran serving in the US Navy. He was the father of Jennifer A. Jencks (Greg), Peter J. Cottrell (Sandy Redding), Marisa Cottrell, Nicholas Cottrell and Alex Cottrell. He also leaves behind 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. He was the brother of twins, Paul Cottrell (Suzanne) and Laraine Cottrell (Kandi), and the late Harold E. “Skip” Cottrell, Jr. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends and will be missed by all who knew him.
His funeral will be private at the convenience of the family.
