DRUG POSSESSION

At 3:05 p.m. on Jan. 20, Cranston Police arrested Joseph Huddleston, 38, of 203 Knollwood Ave.m Cranston, on charges of Possession of Schedule I-V Under 10 grams (two counts), Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty, Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest and Weapons other than Firearms Prohibited. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Route 10 south and Route 95. Huddleston was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace.

ASSAULT

At 9:41 a.m. on Jan. 22, Cranston Police arrested German Aguilar Gutierrez, 37, of 513 Niantic Ave., Apt. 2, Cranston, on charges of Simple Assault and Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for an assault at 28 Harris Ave. Gutierrez was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.

At 5:42 p.m. on Jan. 18, Cranston Police arrested Cameron Bodden, 29, of 10 Sweet Briar Lane, West Warwick, on charges of Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct as the result of his result by Pawtucket Police on a Cranston Warrant. Bodden was arraigned and released.

At 8:45 p.m. on Jan. 13, Cranston Police arrested Kevin McMahon, 36, of 297 Doric Ave., Cranston, on charges of Domestic Simple Assault, Domestic Vandalism/Malicious Injury to Property and Domestic Disorderly Conduct as a result of a disturbance at the aforementioned address. McMahon was held for morning arraignment as a probation violator.

At 9:22 p.m. on Jan. 13, Cranston Police arrested Robert Kilgore, 53, of 58 Dale Ave., Apt. 108, Cranston, on charges of Domestic Felony Assault as a result of a disturbance at the aforementioned address. Kilgore was held for morning arraignment.

At 6:30 p.m. on Jan. 8, Cranston Police arrested Heriberto Guelen, 37, of 79 Fairview Ave., Pawtucket, on charges of Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a disturbance at 80 Victoria Ave. Guelen was arraigned and transported to ACI as a violator.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

At 12:50 p.m. on Jan. 22, Cranston Police arrested Kyle Gaspar, 24, of 31 Hollywood Ave., Warwick, on charges of Domestic Disorderly Conduct and Simple Assault. The arrest was the result of a call for a disturbance at 145 Concord Ave. Gaspar awaited arraignment by a Justice of the Peace.

At 5 p.m. on Jan. 18, Cranston Police arrested Cory Scott, 33, of 40 Grove Ave., Cranston, on charges of Domestic Disorderly Conduct as the result of a previous assault investigation. Scott was arraigned and released.

At 1:07 a.m. on Jan. 14, Cranston Police arrested Edward Bedrick, 56, of 29 Tacoma St., Cranston, on charges of Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a disturbance at the aforementioned address. Bedrick awaited arraignment.

At 10:15 a.m. on Jan. 9, Cranston Police arrested a juvenile male for Disorderly Conduct as a result of threats made against Cranston High School West on Jan. 6, 2023. The youth was released to their parent.

NO CONTACT ORDER

At 8:30 a.m. on Jan. 22, Cranston Police arrested Brian Fritsche, 33, of 222 Crescent Ave., Apt. 5, on charges of Violation of a No Contact Order (Third Offense or Greater) and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for a Violation of a No Contact Order at Harmon Avenue and Crawford Street. Fritsche was transported to Intake as a violator.

At 1:40 p.m. on Jan. 18, Cranston Police arrested Edismel Benticuaba, 38, of 130 Wayland Ave., Apt. 2, Cranston, on charges of Violation of a No Contact Order (Third or Greater Offense) as the result of a call for service at 130 Wayland Ave. Benticuaba was transported to the ACI as a probation violator.

VANDALISM

At 6:18 a.m. on Jan. 17, Cranston Police arrested Joseph Ruiz, 33, of 156 First Ave., Cranston, on charges of Domestic Vandalism and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was a result of a disturbance call at 156 First Ave. Ruiz awaited arraignment.

At 2:57 a.m. on Jan. 14, Cranston Police arrested Efrel Lopez, 49, of 416 Farnum Pike Smithfield, on charges of Domestic Vandalism, Vandalism and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a disturbance at 52 Philmont Ave. Lopez awaited arraignment.

At 3:14 p.m. on Jan. 14, Cranston Police arrested Antonio Esparra, 32, of 441 Doric Ave., Cranston, on charges of Domestic Vandalism/Malicious Injury to Property and Domestic Disorderly Conduct as a result of a disturbance at the aforementioned address. Esparra was arraigned and released by the Justice of the Peace.

BREAKING AND ENTERING

At 5:24 p.m. on Jan. 14, Cranston Police arrested Geovani Giron, 35, of 681 Public St., Providence, on charges of Domestic Breaking and Entering of a Dwelling House Without Consent (two counts), Domestic Vandalism/Malicious Injury to Property and Domestic Disorderly Conduct as a result of a breaking and entering at 69 Allen Ave. Giron was arraigned and released by Justice of the Peace.

FALSE REPORT OF CRIME

At 3:09 a.m. on Jan. 14, Cranston Police arrested Nicole Lundstrom, 43, of 49 Ridge St., Apt. 1, Cranston, on charges of False Report of a Crime. The arrest was the result of the Warwick Police Department turning her over to the department’s custody on an Arrest and Affidavit Warrant. Lundstrom awaited arraignment as a bail violator.

SEX OFFENDER ADDRESS CHANGE

At 8:13 p.m. on Jan. 13, Cranston Police arrested Darnelle Kelly, 39, of 30 Howard Ave., Cranston, on charges of Sex Offender Address Change as a result of an Affidavit Warrant pick-up at North Providence Police Department. Kelly was held for morning arraignment as a probation violator.

OFFICER OBSTRUCTION

At 1:12 p.m. on Jan. 12, Cranston Police arrested Yhakeen Gaines, 21, of 6018 Media St., Philadelphia, PA, (who is homeless) on charges of Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty and Resisting Arrest. The arrest was the result of a trespassing complaint at 8 Chapel View Blvd., which resulted in a foot pursuit. Gaines awaited arraignment by a Justice of the Peace.

DUI

At 12:23 a.m. on Jan. 24, Cranston Police arrested Emily Medeiros, 22, of 98 Summit St., Apt. 2, Central Falls, on charges of DUI, an Arrest Warrant from East Providence for Domestic Vandalism and Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a traffic stop on Route 10 South and Route 95 South. Medeiros was turned over to the East Providence Police Department.

At 11:23 p.m. on Jan. 21, Cranston Police arrested Samantha Sullivan, 36, of 141 Plantation Drive, Cranston, on charges of DUI Greater than .15 (BAC readings of .265 and .260) and Reckless/Eluding. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Shirley Boulevard after the vehicle fled the scene of a disturbance at 114 Auburn St. Sullivan awaited arraignment.

At 8:14 p.m. on Jan. 20, Cranston Police arrested David Lucivero, 44, of 85 Basil Crossing, Cranston, on charges of DUI – BAC Unknown (first offense), Duty to Stop-Damage to Attended Vehicle and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident in the area of 140 Comstock Pkwy. Lucivero was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace.
