Crossroads RI – Beach Avenue Common Area Flooring Replacement Project

 

Crossroads Rhode Island invites sealed bids from qualified Contractors for flooring replacement at their facility located at 165 Beach Avenue, Warwick, RI.

A walkthrough of the facility, located at 165 Beach Avenue, Warwick, RI, will be held on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at 9:30 a.m.  The project Scope of Work, as well as copies of forms required to be included in the contractor’s bid (collectively the “bid package”) are available upon request by email to jferraro@crossroadsri.org. At the walkthrough bidders will have the opportunity to review the property and take measurements. A copy of the project scope of work will be available for inspection at the walk through as well.

Sealed bids must be received at Crossroads RI administrative offices, addressed to the attention of Julius Ferraro – “Beach Avenue Common Area Flooring Replacement Project”, Crossroads RI, 160 Broad Street, Providence, RI 02903 by 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 6, 2022 and will be opened that day at 1:00 p.m. Bids must be sealed and properly labeled as Crossroads RI – 165 Beach Avenue Flooring Replacement Project Bid. Emailed, facsimile, unsealed or late bids will not be accepted.

This is a partially federally-funded project. The Contractor and Subcontractors on this project must comply with HUD contract provisions contained in 2 CFR 200, Nondiscrimination, Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action, Section 3 requirements, Anti- Kickback Act, Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act and Department of Labor Standards and Regulations as set forth in the Contract Bid Documents. In addition, the Contractor shall be required to have a DUNS# and SAM.GOV Registration as a requirement of award.
