Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held at the Community room, located at the City Hall Annex, 65 Centerville Road, Warwick, RI on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, beginning at 6:00 P.M. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a Preliminary Minor Land Development application for a 3-unit, residential development. Two single family units currently exist on the property. One unit will be converted to a two unit building. The Applicant is requesting Preliminary Approval, and positive advisory recommendation to the City Council for zone O and A-10 with a proposed PDR L overlay zone development and zoning map change.
