William S. Taylor, age 81, of Warwick, passed away on Friday, October 14, 2022, at his home. 

Born in Providence, the son of the late Stewart B. and Ruby F. (Richardson) Taylor, he lived in Warwick for most of his life.  He was a graduate of Bryant College.

Mr. Taylor was a certified public accountant, and was employed for many years at Brown University.  He earlier worked for Grinnell Corporation.

He is survived by nine cousins:  Robert W. Taylor, Thomas M. Taylor, Doreen E. Kerzner, H. Kenneth Hart, David T. Hart, John M. Clayton, Thomas S. Clayton, Marilyn Jerue Archibald, and Richard T. Jerue; and his dog, Brownie.

A committal service will be held on Saturday, November 5, at 12 noon in the Chapel of Highland Memorial Park, Rhode Island Avenue, Johnston.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
