Report Inappropriate Comments

Many people adhered to the sewer connections because they didn't want to pay the $500 quarterly connect capable fees that the city council had mandated. Many of those people had working septic systems. Many of those people had to make severe economic cuts because they followed the letter of the law. Refusing to charge the fee is unfair to those people. As usual the people that do the right thing got screwed.
