Mr. Clifford. Seems you crave information and involvement opportunities as do I.
We really don't seem to learn that much from our past dealings with "good" rebels etc. We outfitted Bin Laden against Russia,(we all know what happened there) we outfitted the FSA (Syrian freedom fighters) who took the money, broke from the FSA and merged in and financed a good chunk of the fledgling ISIS to give them a jump start. Hopefully Taliban and Hamas will dismantle ISIS should they continue their push.
In other countries, people are allowed to vote on many issues using a passcode and a new communications device called the internet. Certainly not all issues but at least they are leveraging secure technology to have a say rather than using the 300+ year old taxpayer to government model (some guy or gal doing our bidding for us) that we currently do.
