I too vote in every election and I voted for some of them and not others. Actually, right now they are in mediation, not arbitration. In fact, i did speak to Dr. Holland on Thursday and he said that there's one more mediaton session and if nothing comes of that, it goes to arbitration. Not to nitpick, but your original charge was that all of them weren't involved in the negotiations.
