Good. Rhode Island does not really need two representatives. There are some western states with populations similar to Rhode Island that have only one representative. It is a disservice to these states that people truly have to plan a road trip to see the reps local office. RIers just think that Burrillville and Little Compton are a major expedition away from each other.
