I am a mortgage broker of 38 years experience and I could not agree with you more!

I have written mortgages for doctors, administrators and nurses and, although they all deserve a decent income, the nurses give the greatest value to the patients BY FAR. In my honest opinion they should be paid more than the doctors or administrators and I have often wondered why they weren't. 90% of the care for patients comes from nurses and it isn't reflected in their compensation. Did you see the movie "Patch Adams"? Nurses are like the role Robin Williams played and doctors and administrators are, well, not as valuable to the patients. Maybe you will start a movement to correct this. I will be routing for you because it's long overdue.
