What a scam! Half Piccozzi's road is down and half is up? Considering the location and the condition of his neighborhood, ALL those house values should have gone up! I have a house that burned and two depressed, unoccupied houses on my street and every house value on my street went up! No reason for him and his neighbors values to go down except fraud!

We already pay a disproportional amount of taxes versus services. And they went and ADDED another $300,000 to the school budget even though we've lost thousands of student.

My taxes have been raised to almost A THOUSAND dollars since I've moved here in 2009 but my house value is still down FIFTY THOUSAND than when I bought it.
