How come the heavier construction trucks get a pass? I'm willing to bet that a dump truck full of gravel or rock or even a cement truck weight more than an empty trailer, yet won't be tolled. It still seems that this was not though through very well. Also, what are your thoughts on the billion dollar 6/10 relocation/tunnel project that we don't need?
