Exactly- this is a guy who comes into a district, cleans house, causes all kinds of havoc, and then takes off to another district. He has never seen any of his plans through. I don't understand why districts hire people like this that are obviously not going to stick around. It is like getting in a relationship with someone who is cheating on their spouse, and then being shocked when they do it to you.

Anybody can come in and blow things up- that's the easy part. Putting something better in its place is a lot harder.

What he is involved in doing in Warwick is much bigger and more complex than anything that he has done elsewhere. I'm sorry, but he doesn't have the experience, and neither does anyone around him.
