Report Inappropriate Comments

Rick, that is my understanding of its original intention. I don't know how long that has been the law either (it likely predates this epidemic). I know changes to the cap were being considered. I haven't been able to find it in anything I've read so far. That doesn't mean it's not in the legislation, only that I haven't been able to find it yet. Even if it's not, I'm hopeful that a change to the policy will be coming sooner rather than later.
