Call me crazy, but since when is an employer required to renew a contract? Administrators are contracted employees, typically for 3 year periods. When the contract ends, they are free to leave or reapply. Conversely, the employer may extend a new contract offer or not. Finances need not have anything to do with it.
Imhere sure seems to have an ax to grind with the Supt. What's the real issue?
