Shocking as this may be, I'm certain that all the facts are not out in the public domain. You know, confidentiality laws and all.
That being said, we can likely all agree that something happened, and that it sucks, but exactly what happened, and who is responsible are things we'll likely never know.
If you want to blame the supt. for that, or anyone else, by all means have at it. But any assigning of blame is pure speculation. Again, see aforementioned effed up laws.
