BeaconCommenter, To answer your question, both schools are members in good standing of the Rhode Island Interscholastic League. Further, an SENE schedule does nothing to address the real, but unspoken problem; the dramatic and obvious deterioration of public school athletic programs. If this wasn't about winning, and winning only, why not ask St. Ray's to also play an alternate schedule? Heck, the Mount coop team? Why not throw in the SK tennis team, which has "beaten the pulp" out of other public schools for longer than LSA or BH has dominated football?
