John, not all Private schools dominate all sports. You've missed the point here. In sports where a school clearly has no competition, it might be better for THEM to complete at a higher level, if available. Those Hendricken and LaSalle football players may get more opportunities. Just a thought, don't lump me in to the list of "privates have an advantage whiners" please.
In your opinion, what is the reason for the unspoken problem; the dramatic and obvious deterioration of public school athletic programs? Or is there really a problem because some public school have competed very well recently.
