By "essential" social programs, are you conceding that many of them are not essential? It's always refreshing to hear a liberal acknowledge this distinction. I'm not sure that President-Elect Trump ever expressed an opinion relative to "women's reproductive rights", as women have always had the right to reproduce, and will continue to do so quite freely. And to which civil rights do you refer that the President-Elect wishes to deprive LGBT citizens? Freedom of speech? Assembly? Keep and bear arm? Quartering of troops? As a start, perhaps you could forego the alphabet soup and better define what, exactly, an "LGBT" citizen is. Finally, it was not Mr. Curran's "assertion" that Ms. Clinton is distrustful, but rather the opinion of 68% (CNN) and 67% (CBS) of poll respondents. It's probably time that the collection of government employees, far-left feminist lemmings (entertaining though they may be), and various professional victim groups that comprised the Clinton coalition accept the reality that, as Barak Hussein Obama opined: Elections have consequences. Buckle up.
