A year ago he said that the car tax was a non-issue but once he found himself in a close race all of a sudden he wants to eliminate it.

The car tax and property tax relief could happen very easily.

Legalize and tax marijuana, allow existing dispensaries to immediately sell retail since MA has dropped the ball and delayed opening retail stores for another year and a half.

But do not put the funds generated in to the general fund.

Have a separate escrow account which is overseen by citizens, not legislators.

Dedicate the proceeds exclusively to tax relief.

Mattiello refuses to let democracy take it's course and directs his minions that run committees to not even let the issue be voted on year after year.
