He is absolutely right!
Warwick has lost so many taxpayers and students that we are about to drop behind Cranston! He accurately states Warwick has 1,300 less students but our budget (which goes to the School Committee, NOT the teachers), us $23,000,000 more. He says it is hard to understand why. The obvious reason is the greed of our School Department. The number of teachers has been decreased by 30% while the number of school committee administrators has increased by about the same percentage. Teachers NEED a contract. The SC needs something too. I just can't print it here.
