Somebody wake the Gov...following the obama/clinton plan on everything is not going to work...OK Gov...Where is the quid pro quo ? SO, in other words, we, the taxpayers, fund two "free" years and get back...WHAT? No commitment to stay here for at least 2 years, how about two years of public service if there is no job opening...Give the taxpayers...SOMETHING...in return, aside from a wave in the rear view mirror as they head down 95....The road to hell is paved with good intentions...So far, you've lost $474M with your hedge fund scheme to re-capitalize pension fund losses, a $365M bill for a computer system that doesn't work, even after you were told not to go live....An $80M shortfall on the State's contribution to the pension fund this budget year, We are being sued, and I'm hearing that by going live with the new computer, other systems down the line are now infected....SO, call me a skeptic regarding your "free" tuition plan...Sounds like the pandering chapter right out of the obama/clinton playbook...."Plenty of money"....You are crazy.
