Since 2009 the Warwick School Committee (SC) has received over A BILLION DOLLARS of taxpayers money. Why wasn't an HVAC purchased years ago? In the School Committee's regulations the SC "POWERS AND DUTIES" state that the SC "shall determine and control all policies affecting the administration, construction, maintenance and operation of the public schools" Why didn't they do the job taxpayers are paying them to do?
In the section marked Types of Abuse: the SC defines "Neglect" as "failure to provide the basic necessities such as food, clothing, hygiene and shelter for a child, and/or lack of appropriate care for a child" Aren't they guilty of breaking their own rules? Isn't the SC guilty of "neglect" by their own definition? Why did they cause this abuse to our children?
The 80,000 taxpayers that are paying the tab deserve answers.
