Sucks how they gouge tourists- when I was in the Army I bought a vintage car and drove it home to RI; at Scarborough I was charged as out-of-state because of my plates, in spite of the fact that I had a RI driver's license and permanent address.

It doesn't help that you have to explain it five times to the wizards they have working the gate.

In retrospect, this is one of the reasons I became a Narragansett Town Beach regular instead of frequenting "Guido Beach".

No wonder people tend to visit RI once...ONCE...
