Report Inappropriate Comments

Its understandable that the city is trying to collect on these overdue bills, but the way in which they are doing it is completely unfair!

I'm one of those people that are behind! Due to divorce, unemployment, and health issues! I applied for a hardship back in December 2016! Never got to set up a meeting to go in and make arrangements, constant phone tag. I finally get a call back in May inquiring about my situation and saying I should have received a shut off notice. I did not receive anything in regards to a notice! Next thing I know I have a blue flag on my property and I quickly make a call and I'm told I can be shut off anytime and to come down and make arrangements with a supervisor. I did just that and the guy was not willing to help me unless I came up with some money and was told I'd be shut off today with no time to come up with anything! I'm now scrambling to get help!

People don't care about your situation! Let me tell you this, you have to eat and heat your home or pay your water bill. I hope some of you never have to go through this it's been a nightmate
