I propose an amendment to the bill stipulating that anyone who votes for it should open their house to the poor, misunderstood offenders; better yet, put it on the next election's State Referendum Ballot and let all RI supporters line up to take in these unfortunate waifs (if it garners enough votes).

Is anyone else fed up with the General Assembly imposing asinine laws which harm the public?
