So the solution is to shut everything down? You stonewalled the process. I sincerely do not see how that is helpful to the people of Rhode Island and I think it reflects badly on both of you. Both of you need to come together on this issue, resolve it and move on. Yet another ridiculous political maneuver that all RI taxpayers are sick of seeing.
