The answer is very simple:

YES if it doesn't cost the Warwick Taxpayers ANY money. (chances of that are almost nil)

NO, ABSOLUTELY NOT if it costs the Warwick Taxpayers ANY money.

I don't believe it will be "cost effective".

I don't believe it will "attract investment".

I don't believe it will "bring jobs".

The present train station IS costing millions.

I DO believe this idea will cost a fortune, and I know the Warwick Taxpayers can't afford that.

Simple answer.
