Warwick, except for any city's usual pockets of criminals and folks who don't play well with others (including their own family members/significant others), has a positive feel about it- every town will have its "Frequent Flyers" who never adjust to society or grow up.
Neighbors look out for each other and will report anything out of the ordinary to the police; often this is because of the large number of elderly who are home all day watching the world go by their windows.
The majority of crimes, based on the Police Log and the city's officers, are committed by folks from neighboring towns and cities who can't behave themselves and end up as guests of our proactive WPD.
