I think I like the legislation described above. Do you agree? Do you feel that there is a better plan? I respect your opinions.

What would you do different? Keep in mind, this legislation is supposed to increase TOTAL voter registration, not just one side or another. What do you think of offering those who actually vote a "voter certificate" to save a few dollars on their tax return?
