One more thing Rick.
I continue to make the statement that you unregistered your car with the plate BANKRS in 2013, 2014, & 2015, yet continued to drive your unregistered car in Warwick, while you lived at 177 Grand View during the time that you were tax delinquent and not paying your mortgage. You beat the car taxes during that time which was the same time that I was spending money bringing attention to the issue statewide to try to correct the car tax formula.
Each time I mention that you did this, you have never commented otherwise which shows that you did exactly what I explained. If you didnt, I would expect that you would vehemently take issue to my comments and offer documentation to prove otherwise. But you can't because you know that I have in my possession all of the documents that prove my allegations which is why you lack the basic integrity to even answer my allegation. What a dirt bag.
