A great public service; I once brought them arsenic, lead-based aluminum (silver) paint (you know, the kind that actually sticks to a chain-link fence), asbestos-mix creosote, bags of asbestos plaster, strychnine, DDT, sulfuric acid for dry cleaning and other items which an uncle had stored at his home for decades.
As I was leaving, one of the techs chased me down to ask me if I knew how dangerous the items were; I responded that of course I did- that's why I turned them in!
