Report Inappropriate Comments

As a first step, how about the citizens of RI file a class action lawsuit against the general assembly to refund the "environmental program fee" that is added to every monthly bill that does absolutely nothing for the environment as they just raided it to cover shortfalls in the general fund?

How is that not fraud and collecting money under false pretenses?

We should all be refunded the fraudulent fees we have paid over the years.
