If Warwick had programs to attract new taxpayers, we wouldn't have to close much-appreciated schools like Randall Holden. I have proposed several plans, such as tax rebate checks for new home buyers and a two year moratorium on building permits. These ideas were applauded by almost everyone. Those few that criticized them couldn't think of better ideas.

Warwick has lost 5,800 taxpayers in the last ten years. The long term solution is to bring them (and others) back. They will bring their children with them and our schools will start to regain student population.

Happy Autumn everyone.
