More BS from Mayor Dumbness. No one applauded any of your ideas, (not plans) because not only are they not well thought out, not only do you have no idea on how the budget works, but you still cannot and will not answer basic questions. For example :

From what line item will you cut checks to people who buy a home in Warwick?

Do you understand that when someone buys a house someone else has sold a house. Do you understand that if you were to give someone a check for buying a house that it would result in a net negative tax collection? Of course you don't, your a dope.

Do you think that every person coming to Warwick is developing an empty parcel of land?

Have you done any research into how many building permits are issued and what the fiscal ramification is when you put a moratorium on building permits? Of course you havent because you are incapable of performing research.

You have contributed nothing to your community except for providing us with laughter. Tax cheat, drain on the system, dishonesty, etc.. You are the poster boy for the type of people that do not contribute in any positive way to their community.
