They did not break any laws. The bylaws of the board of paawsri states they can move the cats if it us in their best interest. This story is inaccurate in that it CLAIMS Dr.Rouche decided not you press charges.....according you the police, NO LAWS WERE BROKEN.

NOTE: The ASPCA helped paawsri gain entry to the abandoned house to save those cats from a hoarding situation in Pawtucket to start with. They have no worries that those cats are now safe and the court issued a temporary restraining order stopping the cats from going back to the the Care For Animals veterinary office until it goes to COURT.
