How is moving the team down the street going to change things for Pawtucket or Rhode Island for that matter. The PawSox have a die hard fan base and not much more. The media go gaga over the Red Sox, Patriouts, Celtics etc. We might as well face the fact that Rhode Island is just a part of the Boston metro area and be done with it.
