Hey Captain, many of those guys you listed were in school bettering themselves and the department (on their own dime) How would you expect them to go to class if they had to work? You do realize it’s ILLEGAL to call in sick to go to class. And You certainly can’t get a day of vacation here or there when you need it not how system is designed.
