Yes it's common sense that if FF A worked 3 days for FF B, then FF B will also show 3 days as payback. So you can cut the list in half. Maybe it is better to get paid leave for training. Like another commenter stated earlier 7 % of the city budget. I believe you have a vendetta or jealousy issues with the firefighters obviously.
