Since Columbus Ohio has built their AAA stadium there have been two concerts held at the field. The stadium will be a baseball field. that's it. Unless the team owners are incentivized to hold other events they won't. The team asked for $120,000,000 now it'll cost $45,000,000 in principle. The team went bankrupt before and despite the GM's words the league has no legal obligation to bailout the team and make sure we have a tenant in the stadium. If the team goes bankrupt they'll use it as a reason to move the franchise. The team went bankrupt in the 70's, they can go bankrupt again.
