As I have said, I agree with your assessment that there are issues with WFD that must be addressed. Same goes for pensions -- maybe it's time to look into what Johnston did a few years back in moving retirees to Medicare for healthcare to at least reduce the city's OPEB liability?

And while I generally agree with you on these matters, based on the volumes of evidence you present, I have a different opinion on the mayor. What I will say is, the true test of his character is how he addresses these serious issues -- and he has a lot left to prove.
