Since I have single handedly uncovered the willful destruction of financial documents on the part of the WFD, maybe it is time to look into the grant monies and to ensure in fact, that all monies were spent correctly and that no monies were re-alocated to any other line item. As you know, federal grant money must be accounted for and cannot be used for any other reason other than what is specified in the grant. That means that the WFD must have a balance sheet outlining the expenditures for all grants. Grants such as the following:
