Report Inappropriate Comments

Gentlemen,

I have basic budget knowledge that has gotten me through 40+ years. A few years ago someone pointed me in the direction of the Beacon and I felt like a fish out of water as I read article after article of how our city is run. THEN I DISCOVERED THE COMMENT SECTION! From that point on I dutifully read every comment and looked up definitions and terms so that I could educate myself. I am still a newbie with a very tiny grasp of the situation but I am sure in time I will be able to understand the finer workings of Warwick City Government. I appreciate the personal time and money you all put up to provide documentation and proof of what is happening. I am thankful for the explanations provided. I do check out each link added and I even save them to use as a reference. I no longer wish to be clueless about how my city runs.

I hope you all keep fighting the good fight and know that there are people who are paying attention. They may never run for office or stand up at a town meeting but they make their voices heard in the voting booth. Here's hoping we have a real contender enter the race this year and give Avedisian a run for his money! A little shake up now and then is good for us all.
