No question, the administration will be able to work this out favorably for the Warwick Taxpayers.
Like the Council says, Its their responsibility to make decisions in the best interest of the Taxpayers.
An $18,000. bill that can be negotiated with good leadership, calls to be calm. I know its a Political season.
Running a City today in such a litigious environment. A City council always has to Look at Litigation Costs before "Court"! $18,000. doesn't give them much wiggle room.
This is going to be worked out and in Any event if it's not. As a former Councilman, that's what we have Executive Session for.
To make the responsible decisions in the best interest of the Taxpayers.
