Hello again Kammy:

Yes, the make-believe mayor really did say that he supports teachers who did not "give it their best" while they were getting paid to teach in the absence of a contract. He really did say that professional teachers should reduce their efforts while waiting for a new contract. He really did suggest that, despite Vincent Ragosta confirming 25 mediation meetings among the parties, the school committee and mayor "refused" to negotiate. He really did suggest communication as a solution after months of bashing the school committee and accusing them of "extortion," among other things -- and after the parties reached a final agreement by doing what? Communicating like adults and professionals.

As we know, the make-believe mayor is just continuing his unbroken streak of humiliating himself and desperately seeking attention that he thinks will help his sure-to-lose campaign. That he's getting attention for delusional and false statements, tax delinquencies, and pandering to the WTU doesn't seem to make a difference. That is a defect in his character, not anyone else's, and will again prove his failure as a candidate.
