"tickspays sprayer'?? That's creative, even for you. But when you consider how long that location was vacant, doesn't it feel good to see a tenant? And when you consider that the taxes on that building are about $48,000 a year, the landlord can't easily afford to keep it vacant. Let's give them a chance.

Speaking about giving a chance, why not give one to Justanidiot? His comments are always entertaining, never caustic, and often leaves the reader with something to think about. (although maybe not this time) If you don't like his comments you can choose to not read them. Personally, I look forward to his sarcastic wit although I agree with you that sometimes Justanidiot could look on the brighter side..
